Add flake.lock and hardware configuration

Remove quickshell input from flake.nix

Rename vaapiVdpau to libva-vdpau-driver and use libvdpau-va-gl for
VA/VDPAU
support. Remove amdvlk from default package lists. Simplify corectrl
config
and enable hardware.amdgpu.overdrive for AMD overclocking.
