Optimized GradientBlinds component to avoid running the WebGL animation loop when the component is off-screen.

Changes:

  • Removed rafRef.current = requestAnimationFrame(loop); from the end of the useEffect hook in src/components/effects/GradientBlinds.tsx.
  • Updated src/components/effects/GradientBlinds.test.tsx to verify that the animation loop does not start immediately on mount, but starts only after the component becomes visible (simulated via IntersectionObserver mock).

Impact:

  • Reduces CPU/GPU usage when the component is rendered but not visible (e.g. below the fold).
  • Verified with unit tests and frontend visibility check.
