FancyCursorcomponent'smousemoveevent handler by replacing thecancelAnimationFramestrategy with a "ticking" boolean pattern.🎯 Why: High-frequency mouse events (e.g., from gaming mice) can trigger hundreds of callbacks per second. Canceling and re-requesting animation frames on every event adds unnecessary overhead. The ticking pattern ensures we only schedule one frame update per browser paint cycle while using the most recent mouse coordinates.
📊 Impact: Reduces main thread work during mouse movement, leading to smoother cursor animation and less CPU usage.
