💡 What: Implemented IntersectionObserver to pause the WebGL animation loop when the GradientBlinds component is not visible in the viewport.
🎯 Why: Continuous rendering of off-screen WebGL content consumes unnecessary CPU and GPU resources. This optimization ensures that resources are only used when the user can actually see the effect.
📊 Measured Improvement: Verified via unit tests that the requestAnimationFrame loop stops when the component is simulated to be off-screen and resumes when on-screen. This directly reduces CPU usage to near zero for this component when off-screen.
