💡 What: Decoupled mouse position calculation in
GradientBlinds.tsxfrom thepointermoveevent handler.🎯 Why: Accessing
window.scrollXandgetBoundingClientRect(even cached) in a high-frequencypointermovehandler can cause performance issues and layout thrashing. It also didn't account for scroll updates correctly when the mouse wasn't moving.📊 Impact: Reduces main thread work during mouse movement. Ensures the spotlight effect stays synchronized with the page scroll even if the mouse is stationary.
🔬 Measurement: Verified with a new test case
