🛡️ Sentinel: [HIGH] Add HSTS and Permissions-Policy headers

Vulnerability: Missing strict transport security and restrictive permissions policy.
Fix: Added Strict-Transport-Security and Permissions-Policy to firebase.json.
Verification: Verified via verify_headers.cjs script that headers are correctly added to the JSON config.

Prevents protocol downgrade attacks (HSTS).
