💡 What: Refactored GradientBlinds.tsx to use mutable refs for mouse coordinates and removed synchronous layout thrashing from the animation loop.
🎯 Why: Reducing Garbage Collection pressure and eliminating forced reflows in the high-frequency animation loop improves frame rate consistency and reduces CPU usage.
📊 Impact: Eliminates array allocation on every mouse move and frame. Prevents layout thrashing on every frame when fallback path was hit.
🔬 Measurement: Verified via unit tests (vitest) and visual inspection (Playwright).
