Optimization of useTypingEffect.ts to prevent unnecessary effect re-runs and timer churning.

Changes:

  • Implemented useRef to hold currentText, isDeleting, and isPaused state for access within the timer closure.
  • Removed currentText from the dependency array of the main timer useEffect.
  • Split the logic for "switching words" (when deleted) into a separate, lightweight useEffect.
  • Verified performance improvement using a benchmark test (reduced effect executions from ~13 to 4 for a standard sequence).
  • Verified functional correctness with existing test suite.
