Eliminated object and array allocations in the high-frequency requestAnimationFrame loop of the GradientBlinds component. By using stable mutable references for pointer position and mouse targets, we reduce Garbage Collection pressure, resulting in smoother animations and fewer jank frames on lower-end devices.

Verified with vitest unit tests and type checks. Pre-existing test failures in other components were confirmed to be unrelated.
